The Juniper EX2200 Ethernet Switch is a low power, low noise 1U rack device designed for cabinets and open office installations. It is one of the most economical solutions for low density access business needs. The Juniper EX2200 offers 24 or 48 10/100/1000BASE-T port models. The Juniper EX2200-C has 12 10/100/1000BASE-T ports. Each of these models are available with or without 802.3af (PoE) or 802.3at PoE+ for supporting networking devices. Both models are scalable and can be used with Juniper’s Virtual Chassis technology. This can allow for up to four EX2200 or EX2200-C switches as a single device. The switches connect to the network backbone easily through front panel Gigabit Ethernet uplink ports.
