Every system we sell has been inspected and tested before it ships. We don’t deal in damaged equipment or anything with a questionable service history. All equipment is original HPE hardware, fully serialized, and backed by a 90-day to 1-year warranty. If something isn’t right, we make it right.
We also offer configure-to-order options. If you know what you need: specific drive type, capacity tier, or controller configuration, we can build to your spec.
Maintenance & Support Plans
Support doesn’t stop at the sale. We offer third-party maintenance plans on all HPE storage systems we sell, including HPE Nimble, Alletra, 3PAR, and StorageWorks XP systems past HPE’s end-of-service date. SLAs range from Next Business Day to 24/7 with a 4-hour on-site response. Our network includes forward stocking locations, on-site engineering, and Tier 4 HPE engineers. All plans come with a satisfaction guarantee.
For organizations currently carrying HPE manufacturer support contracts, third-party coverage through Spectra typically runs 40 to 85 percent less.
