- Storwize V5100 – Updated V5000 with NVMe cache and higher density
- Storwize V5000F – All-flash variant of the V5000 platform

SLAs range from Next Business Day to 24/7 with a 4-hour on-site response, backed by forward stocking locations and Tier 4 IBM-certified engineers. All plans include a satisfaction guarantee. For organizations currently on IBM manufacturer support contracts, third-party coverage through Spectra typically runs 40 to 85% less.
